Carrying Legacy Forward Through Giving 

At the heart of Mae Emma Legacies is a desire to create meaningful work that not only gives back but also fulfills a promise to tell my mother's story and keep her legacy alive. With each book, journal, or creative product purchased, a portion of the proceeds is intended to support charitable causes connected to the heart behind each creation. Another portion helps fund the ongoing research, travel, document retrieval, and completion of my mother's memoir, The Butterfly Who Freed Me: Mae Emma Speaks.

Why is all this so important?

Mae Emma Legacies was created from a promise, but it is growing into something bigger. As the brand grows, the long-term vision is to expand this work into a nonprofit organization that helps preserve family stories, support meaningful causes, and continue the spirit of giving that my mother lived by.

Mae Emma Legacies will aim to support organizations and programs connected to cancer awareness, emotional wellness, literacy, education, animal welfare, homelessness, domestic violence, food insecurity, and community outreach. 

Through books, journals, creative projects, family storytelling, and charitable giving, Mae Emma Legacies is working to carry that legacy forward in a way that honors the past while helping others in the present.
